What kind of shoes is Push The Rock looking for?

We are looking for pairs of new or gently used athletic shoes- running shoes, soccer cleats, sneakers, indoor soccer shoes, volleyball shoes, baseball cleats, artificial surface shoes, and basketball shoes.

What is a “quality or gently used” shoe?

Because we are giving these shoes to others, we ask that shoes be in good condition.  Please make sure your donated shoes do not have holes, major wear, tears, missing cleats, or taped parts.  We reserve the right to dispose of shoes that do not meet this criteria.

Where will Push The Rock distribute my shoes?

Some of our international destinations are:  Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Italy, the Canary Islands, and Zambia

We also have several programs running in Allentown, Pennsylvania where some shoes may be distributed.

If I have shoes to donate, where can I send them to? And will PTR help with shipping costs?

Unfortunately we do not have the resources to assist with the cost of shipping donated shoes to our facility. We ask that donors assume the responsibility for transporting shoes to us.

Can I simply drop shoes off at your headquarters?

Yes! Please see our address listed in the above question.  Please call ahead to arrange a drop off so we can ensure someone will be here to receive your donation.
