A Push The Rock program that partners with other individuals, churches, schools, universities, organizations and companies with the simple goal of collecting quality and gently used shoes for the purpose of redistributing them where the need is great! Read more about this ministry, including how you can help or donate your shoes, by clicking on Hands 2 Feet.
Push The Rock also enters teams throughout the year into various leagues. Although these leagues are competitive and a lot of fun to be a part of, the main focus is ministry. To this point, we have recently added multiple PTR intramural sports teams at several different colleges / universities here on the East Coast. This is a program we hope to continue to build! To see how any of our teams are doing, make sure to check back here during their respective seasons.
Men’s Fall / Spring Soccer (Lehigh Valley Soccer League)
The season has two halves. The first half, which runs in the fall for 10 weeks, ended at the end of November. The second half, which begins in March, runs in the spring for 6 weeks. Games are played on Sunday afternoons and our home field is one of the Lehigh County Fields. For more information on the league, including the schedule, please go to www.lvsl.org.
Looking forward to the summer of 2012.
