Overseas Opportunities!
Push The Rock
is excited about the missions opportunities
that God has opened up around the world for sports ministry and
we are honored to be a part of that. However, we
cannot do it alone. We need men and women who
want to use their God-given athletic gifts and
abilities to impact others for eternity.
God has called
Push The Rock to partner with local
churches around the world to use sports to draw
kids and
 their
families to Him. Has He called you to do the
same? Please pray about and consider getting
involved.
We typically offers three or four
short-term missions trips each year to places like East
Africa, Russia, Romania, Japan, and Venezuela.

2008 Summer Teams
Our summer mission trips are quickly approaching as the Costa Rica soccer team
prepares to leave on May 19 serving through May 31 and the Italy
basketball team leaves June 14 and returns June 29. The teams are
made up of men and women coming from all over the country including California,
Georgia, Colorado, Ohio, Chicago, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

2009 Calendar
Plans are already being made for the 2009 calendar. We are considering long-term
partnerships in Italy and Costa Rica, but are also praying through ministry
opportunities in other areas of Latin America, Europe and Asia. Although plans
are already being made for next year, we continue to seek the Lord’s direction
as “we make our plans, but He directs our steps.”
Future Overseas Office
Having full-time sports ministry people overseas is still a very high priority
for us. We are thrilled to be putting our first person through TEAM’s application
process and look forward to what the Lord might have in store for Push The Rock
and TEAM as we plant churches and further God’s Kingdom together. We have targeted
a particular area but there is still much work to be done.
Interest in Full-Time Ministry
As we look to expand our ministry both locally and globally, opportunities will
become available for full-time staff positions. If you are interested in pursuing
a full-time position in sports ministry, please check out the various opportunities
that are available and contact us immediately. We are literally overwhelmed by
the opportunities out there, but we will not be able to pursue many of them
without additional joining us as we look to use sports to impact the world for
Jesus Christ … one life at a time!
